STEP ONE: Square the foundation, snap chalk lines and put down treated sill plates on the concrete.
STEP TWO: Build basement rake walls. Make sure they are square and level and brace them off.
STEP THREE: Make sure steel is level and roll first floor joists.
STEP THREE (Cont.): Rolling floor joists and nailing off rim board.
STEP FOUR: build the first floor deck. Glue and nails and subfloor. Trim edges. Snap exterior wall lines.
STEP FIVE: Build exterior walls.
